Whether a hitvis clean or not isn’t the point. Whether anyone agrees with the morality of it isn’t the point. When the opposition continually goes after your star player, you let them know that a price will be paid for doing so. This has been standard practice in this league since forever.

Didn’t see them all live but from the replay all the hits looked pretty pedestrian to me. Wouldn’t provoke a response 9 times out of 10 on another team, unless there was some history or aggravating context between the two teams

Yeah maybe if they were scrumming all game otherwise and it was chippy. It was just a ho hum early March game where Dallas had already lost 2 guys to non-contact injuries and probably just wanted to get out of there somewhat healthy. Though Lindell returned
