Lightning defense with JJ Moser back is much better.
I don't think Moser will ever put up eye popping numbers, but he is calm and cool with the puck, he CAN contribute to offense, but more importantly, allows the other defensemen to be slotted properly.

And he makes a great partner for Victor Hedman who's main partner the last few years, Jan Rutta has since moved on.
