Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. I watched the clip twice and think it's not an easy call one way or the other, but there's definitely an argument to be made that the Stars player gets pushed into Oettinger by the Islanders player, which counts as contact "initiated by the attacking player."

Dumba goes in and bumps Otter.. I guess the call is based on Engvall following him in on his own?

As a Stars fan I thought it was a questionable call, and was surprised Roy didn’t challenge it.
...disagree that the Stars defender get pushed by the Isles player; he goes in on his own to keep the Isles forward in front of him...interfering with his own goalie...my take, anyway...
Ah yes. Hence my phrasing of "there is an argument to be made" rather than claiming it definitively. An argument could also definitely be made that the Stars player goes into Oettinger by his own volition, as you're saying.

It's like they were pushing each other but Dumba didn't make an effort not to go in there, but neither did Engvall at the same time
If it were more clear I think Roy challenges, so maybe he thought it was a bad idea like 60/40 or something
I'm biased against Dumba, I hope they pay another team to take him before TDL even if he did fight for the head hit
