Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. shorter list .....
coaches going 7 years without winning a play off round and not getting fired.

If Pens are going to rebuild then for sure they should move to a new (rookie) coach....long list of coaches that outlived their effectiveness and got canned, though...and he also should make that list...

Dubas stinks for sure. But he’s got a fat contract, doesn’t he? Maybe this is about saving money during these down years?

This guy sits at the board room over the years watching GMs , president's, assistant coaches, goalie coaches, trainers, goalies , defenseman, forwards go out the door .....while he sits their making goofy statements like " I'm proud of our group" I like our collective spirit" " at times I thought we were the better team out there" "stick-to-it-ev-ness. lol

Saving money by not adding the cost of paying two coaches and two GMs at the same time. Clubs, especially on a downturn like Pittsburgh, that aren’t in great markets need to save money.
Far less talented? You might want to check the standings and the rosters again
