Well at least the Pens managed to hang on for at least 1 point. The way the Sens came on in the 3rd, especially after they tied it, I figured they'd pot a late on to win it.

The Pens are an exciting team to watch in OT though..a ton of skilled players with a lot of open space. The last few sequences with Letang, Crosby and Comeau with successive chances was nuts.

Why is Ottawa so empty

They've struggled this year and they were getting outplayed in the first and second period of this game before they started the comeback in the third period. Some fans probably left.

Nah, Ottawa just isn't that much of a hot ticket for some odd reason. Their prices are very reasonable to non Montreal, Toronto games.

I've gone to a Ottawa-St. Louis game that was about 30 bucks and only 8 rows back from where I normally sit to watch Montreal-Ottawa which costs about 75.

arena is to big, not many corporate ticket holders and its a real hassle to get to the arena compared to most. There should probably be about 3000 less seats
