For whatever reason, the Lightning have struggled in games against their own division.
It's gotta feel good to be able to take 4 points from the Sens and not allowing them any during the two game set.

On to Detroit next for the Bolts.
Meanwhile, the Sens will try to pick up some points in Sunrise against the Panthers next.

Kinda sucks to come to the full realization that we're back to the Lemaire era of "winning" here in Minnesota. We have one oft-injured star and a defensive system that's our only way to win. There's teams - better or worse - that you know you will beat, and there's others you know will beat you. The Canes are the former. Very predictable hockey. 25 years in and we're still in the same spot we started at.

The NHL season is long for most teams.

Meanwhile Columbus got a point but they seem to be slipping and Boston can only watch as TB with games in hand spring further head but at least they beat the sens who are the team Boston is chasing now.
