Edvinsson is doing the same thing as Hutson and is fantastic defensively. So is Johansson. Thats just on the wings. Hutson is quite bad in his own zone. It doesn’t mean he isn’t elite offensively because he is.

Edvinsson hasn't played a shit schedule. Hutson is usually good defensively and far more valuable offensievly than Edvinsson.

Huh? Ed is facing some of the hardest competition in the NHL. Hes several tiers above Hutson in his own zone. Just like Hutson is several tiers above Ed in the offensive zone.

Do you believe your guy is the best defenseman in the NHL? I’m not sure why it’s even a big deal. He’s clearly bad on D, he will likely get better - if he gets much better, he can be a Hughes, if only a little better, then a rich man’s Gostisbehere. That’s a fantastic player.

Seems like people think young players are either perfect or terrible.

He has among the worst xGA in the entire league. Hes not decent. Hes bad.
