Pacquette really doesn't have a brain. Throws another one of his little punches after a whistle. Luckily Carolina isn't Boston or Chara. Carolina with a flukey goal, since then it's been mostly TB and Khudobin.

Pretty sure multiple teams have been doing it in the NHL and after how many MLB teams did it last season, I'm dead sick of it

The Pirates started doing it the day after it happened...I was so sick of it by the end of the season.

Oh look, Kreider running into goalies again. Where have we seen this before?

It's unreasonable to expect him to control his body, come on.

Any comment to his goal he just scored?

Or do goals not scored against the end all be all of the universe Boston not count?

I don't remember the last time NBC showed two Southeast division teams (I know the division doesn't exist anymore) that aren't named Capitals. But ot's good to see NBC show some parity.

Islanders are a fantastic hockey team. Rangers just can't do anything against these guys.

Right now (and I know things can change, a month, a week, a day from now), they are probably the favorite to come out of the east. Solid line depth, good defense, and Halak can shake it at goaltender.

We're a pretty good team, but it's time to admit this team is better than us right now. We'll see what happens at the deadline where Sather has a strong record.

They are entertaining as hell to watch too.

Glad Boychuk ended up on a great team, he is a great character.

Meh like it or not the consensus (and vegas) favorite will be the Pens assuming they ever get healthy

I get why the Islanders are tough to keep out of the net, but I don't get why we can't score on them like, at all. We score on everyone else.

Islanders depth is showing against the Rangers, every line of the Islanders can grind it out and hold possession in the offensive zone.

So, watching Caps/Jackets, was wondering if the Rangers are out "corsi'ing" the Islanders again tonight?
