Demko may have one of the worst falling from graces we’ve seen in a goalie in awhile. He’s a shell of how he played last season. The defence isn’t helping but he looks terrible in net more often than not

coming back from injury...not really young anymore. Its possible his best games are behind him.

Georgiev’s has been a sub .900 goalie for 3 season now. Demkos last season under .900 was 2017-2018

Still, he was 38-18 last season, 40-16 the previous year. Then melted down this year and ended up traded to one of the worst teams in the entire league. If that isn't a glorious fall from grace I don't know what is. Makes me feel better about Swayman's contract

Nobody forced you to sign Desharnais.

Desharnais would be fine. It’s having all of Juulsen, Friedman, Desharnais and Forbort that’s the problem. Filling the roster with #6/#7 guys is not a recipe for success. Take one or two, but not 4.

I don't see that to be honest. I think it's a shitty blip at the worst possible time for the Nucks. Unless this 'mystery' injury is something that cannot be overcome?

He has Knee and back issues going back a few season. Those are injuries that tend to linger, never fully heal and impede movement. As you approach 30 you heal less quickly and slow down.

Its not that far fetched to say his best days are behind him.

My theory is that whoever does has been in the depths of hell for 4 months and will win the Cup!

So much bad chemistry. The Canucks should have sent one or the other packing some time ago. The Rangers got rid of their malcontents and have turned things around pretty quickly.
