Now that's stupid since the infraction was made on McLeod. Makes no sense to revert to the previous touch in this situation. It's not an "own goal".

Nah you can't penalize it when each arena is going to have a scoreboard at different heights. You could treat it like an icing though, don't allow the team to change and make it a defensive zone faceoff.
