I don't think there's any urgency for them to deal him, they could still trade him in the off season or next year if the offers aren't great. They should sell though, that's not a team that's going to make any noise in the playoffs.

There was a video last month of him putting up Christmas lights on a 12-foot-tall hedge. He tossed the light net near the top, it hung crookedly, but he was unable to reach it, so he just stared at it for a few seconds as if thinking "what do I do now?" It was just like all of his blind passes on the ice.
