The problem is, the fans are cheering as a player is skating up the ice doing/accomplishing nothing. Continue cheering as he goes behind the net and turns the puck over. Cheer for something exciting/good..
Green as a color does not suit you.

Dallas preferred Lian Bichsel and Christian Kyrou to Hutson...

I've never cheered or gotten excited as a player takes the blue line 1 on 4.

Vibes are good in Montréal right now and their fans are itching for something to cheer for. If they clinch a wild card that city is to going to go nuts. Love or hate the passion the fans have - it sounds you think they may be a little try-hard but what I got from some time in Montréal is that that is just how nuts for their team they are. And they more than have the history and tradition to back it up.

They certainly know how to use home-ice to their advantage, better than any other crowd, imo.

And it’s been ages since they’ve had anything resembling superstar potential from a non-goalie so their excitement is understandable.

You have no F’ing idea. Props to the Flyers they delivered. I’m so done with Cronin.
It’s not even really that they’re getting blown out, but this was a game marked on the calendar and they couldn’t raise their energy level, much less match it, when they have a teammate who is going to hear it so relentlessly from the crowd.

It’s not just that. Ducks have survived from strong goaltending, now both goalies are getting burnt and this is the results. Ducks will likely be dead last in scoring once this game is over.

I think effort is one of the most ridiculous and overused word in pro sports. But man, what were the Leafs doing ? The Canucks didnt even play very good and they dispatched them 3/0

Leafs Nucks games are usually good. This was terrible

Just no sustained pressure from the Leafs
