Oh god, how embarrassing. No matter what I do, I'll always be bambi on ice wearing sweats. That was actually the first time I had played an organized game of ice hockey/shinny so I did not have the proper attire. Neither did I have the funds, as I was a broke college student. That's my excuse, and I'm sticking with it.

If you are playing any informal shinny games from now to then, hit me up. I need all the ice time I can get.
I am in so I can chirp Stig and then take a run at him, only to bounce off him and fall to the ice hurting my wrist.
It's going to have to be a Saturday or a Sunday. I have a pretty good streak of not taking days off work so far, don't need to break that do we?

Unfortunately, its a long commute to Van from Dallas
...I had a lot of fun at the one game i was able to make. Hopefully I'll get a chance to get to another one someday.

But seriously, would be up for genial suds afterwards if not the actual hockey. Last time we tried one of these meetups, if was me, y2k, Mossey, y2k's girlfriend, Mossey's friend who didn't say a single word, and my wasted coworker who followed me from the work party we were both coming from.
Bit of a letdown from all those people saying they'd show...
