This idea is fantastic and super-fun for all involved. I think it should be extended to all non-playoff teams next year! You start a thread on the main boards for non-playoff teams that want to participate, and have each playoff team appoint a GM. It would be really funny if there was a draft lottery or something as well. It could work!

Maybe Carolinas Identity can pull a Lindros, and some team will trade their entire draft board for him
