How is Condotta still considered a prospect at 26 years old and having played NHL games?

He hasn't played enough games to not be considered a rookie which is 25 games in a season or 6 in each of two consecutive seasons.

However, re-reading the Calder rules, I am removing him because he has attained his 26th birthday before September 15th of the current season. I remembered wrong with 27.

I like that you use the Calder rules. Makes it super straightforward. These polls are always the best part of the summer on hfboards once the Draft and Free Agent frenzy ends.
