No question about it. It's a fairly rare occurrence nowadays, so I don't think video reviewing questionable instances will be a huge deal.

Nah man, I've been watching hockey since late 60s. Like foul balls, souvenirs for the fans. Bring back the old time rules. Blow the whistle on frozen pucks, bring back ties, let the players play
