Also congrats on 10,000 posts
Haha I didn't not realize I was at 10,000.

In black mode, anything that is a link seems to be impossible to see. Is there a way to fix that?
Are you on phone or PC?

On PC, my darkmode links look great in Chrome. However, I normally have Chrome in darkmode itself. The two darkmodes together make the links stand out brilliantly...so much so, that I turn off dark mode on my browser and only use the darkmode provided on the website.

I'll link what darkmode on the website + darkmode in Chrome looks like below:

Links for pages and threads look fine, but it's links are are part of posts that I can't read.

for example, Google

The people who "design" these colors don't really check things like this, how? I don't know.

I'll fix it for them eventually. .... probably.
It's actually rather difficult to do because if you change one color it tends to have cascade effect. Which is why it's just better if they do it right in the first but well we can't have nice things

I should also add that while I can figure it out usually, I work in networking I'm more at home with a cli than css. But none of the other admins are really technical so it's usually me muddling through it.

Better you than me, I'm lucky if I can figure out how to turn on my computer sometimes.

On my laptop today I got logged out, and when I tried to login again it gave me a security warning and wouldn't give me the login box. Had to go clear out all my cookies and local storage. Pretty annoying. Luckily it didn't happen on my phone because that would have been trickier to do.

Seriously bounced around the website today and not just our little corner here at HFAvs. At this point there only remains two things I'd like to see.

1. The line that says Normal Threads, should be another color. It would help us to easily distinguish between the sticky and the other threads. I'm sure this is not a new request.
2. Live threads, and again... I know this is not under HF's control.

So I'm basically just saying Kudo's for where we are now and asking for some sort of distinction between the sticky and normal threads.

Cheers!

There is one bug I noticed @SniperHF.

Not sure if this is a change, or just because I made two posts within 5 minutes, one a reply, one not, as opposed to two different replies that get combined into one post.

But when I made the second stand alone post after a reply within 5 minutes, it just added the second post right underneath the first reply, with no break in between, and just looked like one reply to the user I was talking to.

This has been an issue for at least a couple years now. You have to wait 3 minutes between posts, in the same thread, or they get combined, unless someone else posts first. It's annoying.

Yeah I knew that part, and learned to live with it, but this was different. Perhaps because one was a stand alone post, and I haven't tried that before.

At least with two replies being combined, you could see they were separated by the quotes.

But it just added the stand alone post right after my reply in the first post, with a single spaced line in between. Looked just like one post with no breaks. This would just cause confusion.
