Hi - I recently got the attached poster ( its attached to a board professionally ) and am trying to find out more about it and its value ?

It is signed by 20 players and i would love to know more about it , I have googled and can't find anything about it so hoping someone on here knows more about it .

Funny thing is - there's news about a three game friendly tournament in Guelph in 1999...

I'm guessing it's just a one-off fundraising event while a national team was doing a tour?
Of course the weird thing is, it's a month after the Olympics and it was the first year that NHL players were allowed in the Olympics... but that date would have been while they're still in season... so maybe junior teams? I can't make out any names on my screen.
