I'm still mourning my Dobie, Coco. Died in 2006.

Here's some good stuff, I guess. I found it entertaining anyway.

 
Having a car wash membership is one of the best things I’ve done since moving here. Free towels and vacuums and they will power wash your floor mats as well.

It was 65 today and the place was hopping. After over a week of sub zero temps and busted sprinkler lines (thank god it was on the other side of the floor) today was so needed.

I think we’ve turned a corner so hopefully this will extend up to you guys in New England this week and going into March.

I appreciate them now as an adult. As a kid, I got called Asian a lot. I have blue eyes, which are very clearly not. :laugh:

Once stars like Julia Styles and Michelle Williams hit the scene my eyes/eye shape was cool. And one T Swizzle hit, forget it. Coolest eyes ever.

I've been asked if I am wearing colored contacts recently. Nope, just depends on what color shirt I decide to wear that day.

I like the idea of it, but those automatic washes rip my car up. Now that I have a house with a nice driveway, I'm going to invest in a good hose and sprayer. Besides, I need the exercise lol

For the upcoming cruise we had an open reservation for a balcony room. We couldn’t choose the room or the area, and in doing so we save roughly $1k. We were given a “limited view” room that was toward the front, one floor up from one of the ballroom type event spaces. Not ideal, would be fine for us though.

We made two bids for other balconies, a regular ass not limited view, and then one for a midship balcony. Both $5 over the minimum

We got the midship bid. So we are going up two decks and moving to almost the direct center of the ship now.

Still at almost a grand less than we would’ve paid had we picked our balcony in a worse location. If we had picked the room we were given from this bid it would’ve been $2300 more.

Long story short. Paid half price for a balcony in the middle of the boat. I am pleased. More importantly, i received a VERY excited phone call from my extremely excited better half.

For novice cruiser mid ship is ideal.
