He had a good hit or two, and his tilt was probably the best non Brady fight anyone on the team has had in years, not bad for a callup.I really liked what he added to the 4th line. We need more of that. I have not watched him much but the added -physicality is welcome.
He likely comes out for Cousins but I'd like to see him play again.

I think the hit he got on Struble was really good, somebody got Hutson on the forcheck, might have been him too, i don't recall.NST has him leading the team 5v5 with 4 hits in 7:15 TOI

I'm not sure if you're aware of how voting goes wrt original 6 teams with massive fans bases up against small markets goes, but generally speaking, you can toss out "vote results" and just watch the fight and come to your own decision. That's not a good thing... Votes are 37-13 for Pezzetta on HockeyFights

The actual fight was pretty even, Hodgson connected with some good hits early while Pezzetta swung at air a lot, then towards the end Pezzetta caught him with a hook before landing a couple uppercuts to the visor cutting his hand but not really doing much damage to Hodgson. You can give Pezzetta the take down at the end, but both guys gave as good as the got.
Disagree with you that it wasn't close, but that's not particularly important.Admittedly, I don't know much about that website and don't visit it often, I just know it exists but fights are not very important/interesting for me so I usually don't comment at all. I watched the fight and while I thought Hodgson had the ascent at the beginning, Pezzetta got back and eventually won it. Not that close IMO. Yeah, Hodgson was maybe lucky he still had his helmet.
The thing that got me to comment was more the "in years"... I mean, if no one other than Tkachuk did better than that in years, that's not a good thing. Not surprising though, Dorion was building a very soft team and outside of Tkachuk, the tough guys in general were pretty bad at NHL hockey.
