I wished they'd flip the name/city, could've been another way to 'modernize' it.

Chicago on the bottom always makes me think of this. Feel the same about West Ham's crest with London on the bottom.

I don't understand why they're so apprehensive about those. They're the single best alternate in the entire collections of Hawks jerseys.

They'll probably return when Fanatics allows 3rds in a few years, they've alluded to that.

They weren't going to wear a 90s throwback in the Winter Classic.

DGH with the drunk Styles reading comprehension lol no one is saying it has to be one or the other. The black alt went great with the teams color scheme. The white numbers and the parts where red was on the jersey popped more with black

First impression of this was great. I really like the jersey. Probably the Hawks best WC jersey.

But I wish they had used this logo:

And I also don't like that the chest stripping doesn't wrap around the jersey completely.

I like the black Blackhawks jerseys, but if we ever bring back black thirds I'd like to see them do some minor changes rather than just be a strict color swap.

I'd almost want them to build off our 2021 reverse retros and just put the modern logo on instead of the roundel with the throwback logo.

I tend to agree. Perfect world, a black uni could be worn on the road when it doesn't clash (NSH & PHI come to mind, could even work against red teams) and we don't lose any of the 41 red dates.

Is the white more of a cream? I didn't really notice it from the leaks, but it's coming through more for me on these pics.

I like that, if so, makes it a little more old school and unique.
