Hawks play the Pens at 6PM. I know, I know, it feels like forever since we've seen Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins. Believe it or not, since the last time we dropped the puck against them, they've been eliminated from playoff contention. Curious how that keeps happening after the Hawks play them in the month of April.

The game is on WCIU, The U. NOT ON CHSN. Sounds like the CHSN crew will still be doing the game, but the channel will be on WCIU The U in the Chicagoland area instead of the CHSN channel you're accustomed to. So if you've got both channels, look for it on The U. And if you are one of many who have not had CHSN all season long, good news, your TV provider likely carries this channel.

Lineups are whatever, just imagine the same shit from whenever we last played the Pens, all those dozens of hours ago.

I like what I’ve seen tools wise from Lev but he needs more AHL time. His positioning, even in his own zone, is just comical.

Even with that, he still looks better in his end than Korchinski does being a year younger and 70+ less games of experience. Might be the perfect example of the Hawks botching Korchinski's development in that sense.

That shift where the Crosby line hemned in the Bedard line was brutal to watch.. Unacceptable..

I don’t think the Hawks handled him well per se, but what you’re seeing here might just be how Korch is. Lev has had a meteoric rise, moving all over, and this year he’s looked like he’s made massive improvements defensively.

What was Korchinski doing in Rockford? He looks about as good defensively as he did in Seattle. He didn’t get jerked around this year. At some point, it falls on him to improve defensively. And if he can’t do that, then the organization is going to run out of patience. They’re benching better options to give him a chance and he looks horrible.
