Missed the game last night but Dickinson might’ve blown his knee out? Just great.

This narrative on Bedard lately is just odd. It’s like so many people are ignoring the fact he’s 19 still and has only played 121 career NHL games. I also don’t know why now everyone is pretending to expect Selke level defense from a guy that was never expected to be any good at defense.

But for the love of Christ get him another quality NHLer or three to play with next year. With Dickinson out potentially the rest of the season and Donato traded soon…. I mean, it’s only going to get worse for Bedard with that much less depth.

And a new coach too while you’re at it.
It came out that Dickinson left the arena in a walking boot. Which would mean it's a foot or ankle thing and not a knee. Plus it meant that he walked out and wasn't on crutches. I don't know if that's true but it would indicate he could return this season and it's not a blown ACL.

The replay sure looked like a knee though...

Oh buddy you don’t know the half of it. Now Fantilli is so much better, as is Celebrini and whoever else.

I’m not sure anyone has ever been put into a worse position to start an NHL career than Bedard. I don’t think Davidson has a choice but to fix it this offseason to shut these pundits the f*** up.
We shouldn't pay any attention to external media. Kane got a very similar bad rap for his first few years, he was just on great teams. Hockey media is generally just trash.

Wow, well that's probably best-case scenario given how it looked visually.

Of course Jones was on for every Edm goal against the Hawks ..

Of course he was -3 at evens...
Tank Comnandrer RESULTS....

Difference maker positive less than 10% ofvthevgames...dofference-maker negative over 90% of thevgames..

Just a dark cloud bad karma setter for thecteMnreds..orvitcalwaysxseenscsovexceotvforcrare game exceptions.

That's was my thinking last night. However, upon further review this morning, Dickinson grabbed his ankle when he was on the ice. I had a very similar, non-hockey, fall 4 weeks ago.

Podkolzin got away with a trip on that play as well as the hold on Martinez that led to the Draisaitl goal. The "make up" goalie interference did not make up for either non-call.

For what it's worth...
