Nah, Perry is a guy the Leafs should have signed years ago, but that was a Dubas issue. He is a quality guy to have on any team.

Bedard likely won't be a better player then McDavid....he is playing in Chicago though and doesn't have the personality of a soggy paper bag like McDavid has. He is way more marketable.

The stats all say Bedard is the better prospect but the thing with McDavid is that he fully exceeded his expectations mostly due to his skating ability. Bedard will have to do the same if he wants to reach McD's level.
