Poor Soda ...has to face the Jets in their building on a high after their shellscking of EDM in EDM

Hawks loss #2cpnung on up.

Hawks top line now features Nick Fokigno as Bedard wingman...Notcexactky tge fastest guy ...may help dog pucks outvin corners But if left in the dustvon backchexjibg or if cNnot keeo up with Jets cycling in our cobe,it could be another minis night for Brdard and Tt..

Also...d led by lost bets $9.5 and Barfy on that right side plus Brodie who pkays his off side D...expect WPG Centers Nd LWs to exploit these lovers

A barrage vs Soda with no run suport?

Probably...a.k a.The Yom Kippur (starts tonight) Massacre?

More Fire LR rants after we go down easily..

Bedard working on a 1 goal on last 15 pace and a terrible 2.38 shooting % over that span..

Put money on him Not beating Hellebuyck ...Been a long time since we have seen him with the"Generatuonal" shot he displayed in Juniors...

After this same old loss...,Panic in Hawksland?

That is Kyle Connor with 2 into our net and our Connor Bedard gets 4 orc5 shots on goal but AGSIN cannot beat Hellebyuck...of course.

Looks like Smith and Allan are out, and AA and Kaiser are in.
Not that it will make a difference in the outcome of tonight's game, to me it's poor management. Allan was good in the opener and his reward for doing so is to sit. It also puts Kaiser in a tough spot as he missed most of training camp. I seem to recall LuRich stating earlier in the week that Kaiser would play late in or after the road trip. That seems to be out the door even though Kaiser was not practicing with the top 6 as recently as yesterday.

Not playing Allan is just downright stupid. He was great. Why would you not want him to build off that?

Brodie should be the one sitting if any changes are being made, but since he has two years on his contract, we're probably a long way away from that happening. Can't wait to see LR play favorites with playing Brodie for no justifiable reason all season.

Smith v. AA... whatever, doesn't make a difference.

Only somewhat defensible reason to keep Allan out tonight is if he's scheduled to play tomorrow and you're easing him in.

But with Richardson, I just don't know that that is the case.

Coaches are the last to figure it out as always. Not only is Brodie not out of the lineup, they’ve tied him to Vlasic again. Why have one good pairing when you can have 0!

Jets win 7-1

I’d imagine with it being a back to back and Kaiser coming off an injury that Allan draws back in tomorrow. Not a huge deal for him to sit this game

Brodie is nowhere near Luke's idea of a good defender. It makes me wonder if the HC feels he needs to give Brodie some leash since his GM signed him? Based on what I have seen It better be a short leash.

Allan will play tomorrow, relax

It's not the end of the world, but it's also bad for player development. It's one thing to sit him when he's slumping but for him to sit in the press box after a great debut as a rookie just doesn't make any sense.

It also send a weird message to the locker room for the young guys that hey you can play great but still be benched the next game.

I think it's just about working him in slowly, not throwing him out there in a back to back against good teams. I don't think they're viewing it as a punishment. I would assume the plan is to keep him up for at least a while, or why else subject Phillips to Waivers when they could have had him be a seat warmer 7th DMan?

Eh, if you want to work him in slowly I'm not sure you sit him vs the Jets but then play him vs Edmonton of all teams when the rest of his teammates are playing game 2 of a back-to-back.

I think it's just poor management by Richardson more than anything.
