Some years ago i was stopped on the street. If i want to take a part on short research for one of our TV channels. And they asked me, if i know, what is the famous G-spot.

This is a meaningless sidebar, but.. the last episode of that Steelgrave arc.. Where Sonny & Vinnie are fighting in a locked-up theater was probably the best one of the series. It's still one of my favorite TV episodes of all-time. Wiseguy was a sophisticated show for that era of network TV..

Lol I’m a lover not a fighter. I hate black eyes lol. Fighting is silly unless you have no choice.
In my early 20s my dad got a call from a client of his who owned a big bowling alley in Montreal because he needed some people to come in to be extras as movie had some scenes being filmed there in the bar etc. My brother and I were there as extras sitting at the bar but alas the parts that were filmed that we could be seen didn't make the final movie. I can't remember which one it was now, been some 20 years.

So I just found out my first days on this show - I've got a COVID test on Monday and then working on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The " bar " that I'm supposed to be a regular patron of is called The Ripped Donkey.

The bald, fat bastard in the grey shirt is me. I had two seconds of airtime ( featuring the back of my head) on season 8 of Below Deck. They were filming at my favorite restaurant while we were on vacation.

All that I have is that I was in an amateur movie in the late 80s. Wannabe filmmaker friends of my parents needed a kid, so I spent a few hours in their backyard on a Saturday afternoon filming a scene or two. I assume that they eventually sold it on VHS, probably just locally or via mail order, but I doubt that more than a few dozen copies were made or even sold and I've never seen it.

Just an update - I have had some pretty crappy luck over the last few months when it comes to work in the Film & TV industry:
- remember all those days I was supposed to get on the show " Blockbuster ". Well I ended up working a grand total of 0 days on the show. Because I wasn't booked for a regular schedule for the show I was taking work on other shows until I was notified of a regular work schedule. So during the first 3 weeks of filming they called my agent 5 times for me to work but I was already booked on other shows for those days so my agent had to pass. The Casting Director said no problem but after the 5th time she simply stopped calling so I never worked a single day on the show.
- in early March I worked about 5 days on a new show called " Early Edition " which is a remake of an old show about a newspaper editor who starts receiving a paper with tomorrow's news. I'm thinking - go for the lottery numbers. Anyway - I worked those days as a fisherman on a dock and the lead actress ( Alice Eve who plays the newspaper editor ) runs onto the dock screaming at everybody because she knows that an airplane is about to crash and kill everybody there. So a few weeks after that I get an audition for a small part of a reporter on the show. Nothing major but the scene is with Alice Eve so that's pretty cool to work with the lead. Anyway - after 3 callbacks I actually got the part. Less than a week later ( and I still have not signed any paperwork) CBS pulls the plug on the show and they stop shooting.
- and finally about 2 weeks ago I book a fulltime Stand-In gig on Season 3 of " Why Women Kill " I wasn't told who I would be standing in for as they were keeping the Season 3 cast a big secret. I was told that my first day was on July 11th and that I would be working regularly up to early November. So I'm thinking that this will make up for the crappy 2022 I've had so far and even if half my days go into overtime ( which as a Stand-In is highly likely ) I can make some serious coin. I should have known it was too good to be true because my GF found this on the Deadline site today:
Marc Cherry's anthology series Why Women Kill will not get a third installment. The Paramount+ drama was renewed for a third season in December and was firming up its lead cast with big-name actors in negotiations to star when the decision was made with production slated to start soon, sources said.
“Paramount+ has made the difficult decision not to move forward with Season 3 of Why Women Kill,” a spokesperson for the streamer said in a statement to Deadline. “We would like to thank our partners at CBS Studios and Imagine Television Studios; the amazing creator and showrunner Marc Cherry; and the incredible writers, cast and crew for two memorable seasons.”
So Happy Canada Day to me. I guess the only good thing is that it can't get much worse...........I hope.

Did a lot of print and extra work when I was kid living in New York from the mid 80's to mid 90's. When I say kid I mean I think I did my first job when I was a baby. Had my SAG card for many years.
I liked the print side more, mostly because it meant that you'll actually be seen in the ads. But also you get to wear the newest clothes, have a stylist pampering you and the shoots weren't as long. My biggest claim on that side was the cover on the 1985 JcPenny Christmas catalog.
On the extra side it wasn't as fun, especially for a kid in those days when technology was lacking. The Gameboy was a game changer. But I did learn to play a lot of card games and started drinking coffee way too young. The food and locations were great through. There's so many shows or movies I don't remember because I used to do so many and half the time you were just the kid walking on the other side of the street so only the back of you was seen.
The biggest things on did on that side was a Burger King kids club commercial and I Oscar Meyer bologna one, non speaking parts but good screen time. Was on an episode of the original Law and Order that I got about 15 seconds of face time. Can be seen in Home Alone 2, Sleepers, North and Awakenings.
At the time I didn't enjoy it that much. Probably because of the long days for a kid and missing out on hanging out with friends. Probably would have done more but was getting in trouble at school for missing so much time already. But looking back it was fairly easy money, that I didn't see, to sit around for hours and maybe used for a couple of them. Also got to meet a lot of famous actors throughout the years. Was definitely an interesting childhood.

I was an extra in a Finnish film called "Mieletön Elokuu", which was translated to "August Fools" in English. I took part in a parade/festival scene where they needed a lot of people. We basically marched down the street being happy and shit again and again. Each time we switched places so that when they edited the film they could copypaste the people into one shot and make it look like there were more people than there actually were. I can't remember what this technique is called and too lazy to google it. Anyway, funny thing is that I can spot myself a couple of times during this short scene so it feels like I have clones running around.
I think the day lasted around 7 hours including costume, makeup and filming. Though, at least half of the time was spent just waiting. I got 20 euros for this. I did it 'cos I wanted the experience. Extras often don't get any money in Finnish movie productions 'cos there's just no money to give. People do it for the fun of it most often. I could do it again. It was pretty cool to see myself on the big screen even for a couple of seconds.
I don't recommend the film itself 'cos it's quite bland.

2024 has now been the 2nd crappy year in a row for me since 2023 was hurt by the 2 strikes. But I do have some good news - my agent told me last week that I finally made it onto IMDb. 
It 's for this crappy MOW called " The Cases of Mystery Lane - Death is Listening " where I was hired as BG to play a prisoner but the Director knew me from other stuff so he upgraded me to Actor even though I didn't have any lines. Anyway - my character's name is Stuart Michael Williams and I'm listed on the right side near the bottom.

Not sure if it is different for cast, but production crew can self add (uncredited) to IMDB. It is easier to do after production is finished, because the production team will usually submit a cast/crew list at wrap and sometimes will override stuff submitted earlier.
