The Blue Jackets have had hat tricks in back to back games now with Hartnell against Anaheim and Atkinson against Chicago.

This seems like it'd be a fairly uncommon phenomenon.

So have other teams recently had back-to-back hat tricks? Have any individual players had two hat tricks in back-to-back games?

Roenick did it several years ago for the Coyotes.

coyotes:
Ray Whitney (11/13/10 vs. St. Louis) and Vernon Fiddler (11/12/10 vs. Calgary)
* Jeremy Roenick – twice (11/25/99 vs. New Jersey and 11/26/99 vs. Colorado)
* Eddie Olczyk (12/12/95 vs. Montreal) and Teemu Selanne (12/15/95 vs. Edmonton)
* Teemu Selanne – twice (2/28/93 vs. Minnesota and 3/2/93 vs. Quebec)

Nobody answered me in the Panthers forum. What is Acciari's upside? I honestly have never heard of this guy until this week lol.

He's a journeyman type of player who grinds his ass off every night.

His upside: I don't know, let me see him for another 50 games with Huberdeau, then I'll tell you.

I would take him on my team at any time. Tho its hard to slide in when Blues have such a deep roster and unique 4th line when everybody are healthy MacMac/Steen - Barbashev - Sundqvist

He's definitely a fan favorite type of player. When he was on the fourth line, they consistently played above their weight class and were great to watch. Seeing him get time with some playmakers and make good on it is wonderful.

Happy for the guy.
