One thing I miss living out here is squirrels. No small mammals here (squirrels, skunks, raccoons, possums), just lizards.

I meditate a lot and my favourite place to go is a cabin in the woods with lots of wildlife visiting. It is amazingly relaxing.

So, Ive been waiting to let you all know , Ill be off line Friday and perhaps longer.
Im having surgery to remove both a tumor in my throat and at least one parathyroid glands.

Ive suffered for years with broken teeth and fingers due to calcium being leeched from them and now its being deposited in my kidneys , heart and right lung. Tons of tests revealed the tumor . .

So out it needs to come. Hopefully its is benign.
I’ll know next week post biopsy.

And hopefully it will significantly slow down my hyperparathyroidism.

So if I dont get back to pm response for a bit or miss posting some birthdays please forgive me.

If all goes well I do plan on being back here during the weekend.

I have a friend who had the same issue with parathyroid glands, it took a long time to figure out. She had the surgery to remove some of them and is like a different person. Before, she had multiple kidney stones and was so exhausted all the time. Best of luck, I am sure you will be fine.

Health issues suck. Hope the surgery goes well and you see improvement.

I've also heard that virtual cookies assist in recovery.
