my half brothers girlfriend had a baby yesterday.

January 10 is also my dad and my half sisters birthday.

We now have 3 generations on January 10 in our family. That is crazy.

That is cool! FYI, it is my brother's birthday too, which is irrelevant but fun.
 
I know many don’t care, but I’ve had a few people reach out and ask where I’ve been. Haven’t posted that much recently except for the other night.

So for those that do care, my wife and has our child on November 17th. Baby boy, a little uncle Rico. He’s healthy and massive. 10 pounds 2 ounces at birth and growing fast.

He’s going to be a big boy. I was 9 pounds and change at birth and I’m 6’2 now.

I appreciate those who reached out to ask if I’m ok. I couldn’t be better honestly except a little tired. My son woke me up I’m pushing him in his rocking chair at 2:30am and hopped on here.

So that’s the update I appreciate you all!

My sister, her husband and her first born daughter were all born on BOBBY ORR’s birthday!
(I won that baby pool. 3/20 was so obv)

As a fellow new dad, I strongly relate to all of this including the fatigue lol - congrats my man

This is how I’ve been doing it for years. Although in a giant pot uncovered with literally just a pound of bacon works well too.

holy crap. 10lb. congrats. But how is your wife?
 
I’ve picked up one of the 10,000,000 illnesses that are going around. Came out of nowhere. Was up all night coughing, dry cough, and my skin has that weird crawly feeling it gets when you’re sick. I took my temp, 98.6 which is fine, but I’m more of a 97.7 girl so am going to watch it. Took some DayQuil and on the couch with OJ.

I am annoyed. I have things to do!

She’s doing amazing! First couple weeks were a struggle after a C-section, but everyone is happy and healthy now.

I was often joking about how big her belly looked and asked the doctor once (somewhat jokingly) if they were sure there weren’t two babies in there. Now we know why lol
