If the Flyers are trading Provorov it should be for picks and or prospects as they begin to blow up the roster. Not for another player who isn't good enough to be an absolute difference maker ( Provorov isn't worth one of those) and will just keep us treading the waters of mediocrity for another 5 years.
If Chuck Flercher is trading Provorov, set your sights much lower than Hanifin. Think a much more limited skill set, likely 3rd pairing ceiling, and absolutely must be from Minnesota. I dont know who fits the bill, but thats what Fletcher wants.
