The Blues dominate the OT, and O'Reilly knocks into The Preds' net, loses the puck, and the first time into The Blues' Zone, they score immediately. Bad loss in a game they should have won.
Binington's GAA is about 3.00+. Still waiting for this miracle worker everyone's talking about.
Granlund tooDuchene is having a nice resurgence in his career. Good for him.
Granlund has a lil bitta nasty in him as well.Granlund too
End result regardless, would you have preferred Nashville doing that to us over the same time frame?Too much dicking around with the puck
I don’t have a problem with resets, but only when they need to happen. We did them three times when it hurt our cause instead of keeping the attack moving.End result regardless, would you have preferred Nashville doing that to us over the same time frame?
Call me a simpleton, but having the puck in 3 on 3 is better than not.I don’t have a problem with resets, but only when they need to happen. We did them three times when it hurt our cause instead of keeping the attack moving.
Not his best game tonight.Scandella’s errant pass cost us there.
As hard as I been on Rosen, Walman may be worse.Looks like Walman is the only one benched currently.
Which is most games for him. Scandella will occasionally have a good game but most of the time he’s below average, or average at best. Not his best game tonight.
He would look much better in lesser role. With Krug out that isn’t option.Which is most games for him. Scandella will occasionally have a good game but most of the time he’s below average, or average at best.
He’d be fine on the 3rd pairing but that’s not an option because he makes way too much money for a 3rd pairing guy.
This has to be his last season here. We unfortunately gave him an extension way too quickly and his play has sucked ever since. Any trade involving a D upgrade has to have Scandella going the other way, or have him be included in a separate deal to dump his contract. He’s not the answer.
Right, but there were three times when we did a reset that we didn’t have to do it. On two of them we had no pressure from Nashville on our pick carrier and we did a reset as one player was making a change. It both wasted time and allowed Nashville to make a swop. The other time we had a guy getting pressured but he has plenty of time to make a pass and he had his other two teammates providing good puck support. The play could have easily continued.Call me a simpleton, but having the puck in 3 on 3 is better than not.
I am deeply unhappy when the opposing team does that with the puck in the same situation. I am less unhappy when my own team does.
You have to play on the power play to score a power play goal.Crazy that that’s his first PP goal

Nah, Scandella is fine. Him and Parayko didn't bring their A game last night, but that happens to every player around the league sometimes. The problem is that our top 4 is being asked to do too much because the rest of the guys are unreliable. Scandella is just the scapegoat because I guess all fan bases need some of those. The fact that Rosen played over 20 mins last night shows what bad shape our D corps is in right now. I'm just about done with the Walman experiment, he doesn't bring much to the table.
