Would it be safe to say that Bobby Orr as a forward would have been a more skilled version of Cam Neely? ....That would have been something to see.

I don't like that comparison as they're not on the same planet. I'd take a Howe/Crosby/Forsberg/Fedorov cross section.

that is like sayin' what if Mario Lemieux never had health problems and always was 100% and played 1400 games like Gretzky but he only played 915 and still had over 1700 points there is just to many what ifs.....come on man thinking about this is just way too complex for all of our hockey playing minds lol

Baloney! With a much reduced defensive responsibility his numbers would grow even as his minutes declined. The numbers were done on another thread.

In which topic? I would like to analyze. Send it to me, please.

Not sure if I saw back in the days this topic or not, but seem like overthinking would Orr as a forward been good at hockey or not ?

This is not a Patrick Roy playing forward or Mario Lemieux in net type of question, seem like almost all transferable skills between the 2 positions, Howe growing up as a D or Orr growing up playing forward..... would have been good at it, seem a very safe bet.
