Guhle is slowly but surely becoming my favorite player.
Think twice ; you think that Guhle is very good ? then maybe it's because he's well used by the coach. Don't put to much pressure on him. I am sure that slowly he will get his turn on the PPWe played barely 5 minutes of hockey and won. I don't even know what to say.
Also after watching Guhle again tonight. The coaching staff is absolutely clueless how a PP works. Not sending him on the first wave is legit pee-wee hockey decision.
Not a big fan of his... He's pretty mediocre to describe what's happening on the ice considering he's on the radio.Ruttgaizer on 690 after the OT winner called it a massive, gigantic win. Wha?
More than Drouin , how could it be ?Guhle is slowly but surely becoming my favorite player.
But CC with another goal. On pace for 48.7 goals. That was an awful game. Guhle, Montembeault, Richard & sometimes the Suzuki line deserved this win. The rest of the lineup .... bleh.
We didn't deserve a point nevermind 2, but if we continue to play this way, I expect we're not winning another game this road trip. This win was important to keep some morale going.
PP continues to suck yet somehow Guhle & Xhekaj aren't getting opportunities before Wideman & Drouin on point, or Slafkovsky before Dadonov ... yeah, ok.
Actually it's currently 2:20AM here.Well... at least it is not close to 2 AM like it is in newfoundland...
i agree with you. You're very oldBut CC with another goal. On pace for 48.7 goals.
We have to have another 50 goal man. It's been way to freaking long. Stephane Richer man. That's insane. 32 years ago! There's not much more to cheer for this season. We're very unlikely to make the playoffs. It's cool to watch our youngsters develop but CC gives me something to watch and cheer for.
Also, I just realized that I'm very old.
WOW! Now, THAT is dedication to the team (and I mean this forum and folks here, not that whatever you wanna call it that skates on the ice)Actually it's currently 2:20AM here.
Guhle was on the PP though. In the 3rd period i think? That was an awful game. Guhle, Montembeault, Richard & sometimes the Suzuki line deserved this win. The rest of the lineup .... bleh.

What blows my mind is that nobody in the media is questioning Marty's PP... like are they that jaded? That was an awful game. Guhle, Montembeault, Richard & sometimes the Suzuki line deserved this win. The rest of the lineup .... bleh.

This kid was supposed to be a defensive defenceman with little offence they said lolGuhle is slowly but surely becoming my favorite player.
Richard>Pez/Pitlick

Yeah, but that's usually happening with younger guys. He's 26 years old already, he must know this is probably his last chance to establish himself in the NHL.We'll see if he can hold up his play. A lot of guys come up & have that desire and energy to impress, but can't sustain it, by game 6 they're sitting out, by game 9 back in AHL.
But, he looked definitely better than not only Pitlick & Pezzetta but Dadonov too.
Was about to come and say the same thing, but this dude is milking it - going with #90 lolMissed the game but damn. So cool to see a Richard in a Habs jersey.
