It's positional AND man-to-man.

I'm not the only one who notices that they come back and stay in position, then they start following their man around and all of sudden there's 2 opponents open when it's 5 on 5

Ekblad sucks. I'm amazed how good the Panthers are with that defense core, their system is excellent.

Is there a system? To me it is obvious Marty is good for young forwards, but he’s f*** all for developing defenders.
