Don Cherry used to say that a blow out loss was the best way to lose a game. I think they come out stronger tonight but the Caps are at home and Ovie likes playing against the Habs.

I think the habs will put up some points tonight, Caps goalies have been shaky so far and they have two AHL call ups on D (No chychrun or Roy). 3rd line has also really struggled.

To me relevance isn’t about pushing the team over the edge. But I guess it’s all subjective.

There will be good nights. There will be bad nights.

We aren't there yet and it's going to be a rough road but I still believe this team is in (or around) the mix.

Seems to me, that last year we minimized the bad nights and the good nights. We hung around in more games than not. What changed? Certainly not losing Burrows. We're going from a chance to win every game to getting bombed every other game. How can we go from playing a great game to.........
