I just read a rumor albeit a speculative one that MSL might resign and that Hughes is making calls around the league to possibly make a trade to help the roster. This was something from the French media and I am not sure how credible the journalist is.

I read on both Le JOurnal and RDS that Hughes is making calls about a D. Didn't read about MSL resigning. Based on that he "doesn't listen to his critics" high stand, I doubt it's part of his plan. He thinks he's doing well.

Congratulations to Jake Evans on the 2nd line promotion. He’s been superb this season. He’s been so good that losers like Anderson and Gallagher look somewhat decent this year.

He’s really stepped up his game early this season. Well deserved.
