He has the skills. Adam, you and I have seen it for 2+ seasons. He needs to be put in Caufield's spot on the first wave. Why can't the damn coaches see this?
Incompetence... Or a strong desire to finish lower in the standings... Or both !

Monahan is clearly being held out till after this break. 10 games left till Deadline then.

His time will come. He's underrated from what can see. Could end up being a good middle 6 winger

If only he shot like that in actual games :sarcasm:
No way... that shot is anti-Frank-the-Tank.

MSL says that the 10 day pause is going to help the team. I don't like the sound of that. Just don't have a good feeling.
And with the Panthers beating the Booins, they will probably go undefeated the rest of the way. We'll pick 13th and 31st.

How may more points in the standings would they have had with a healthy line up so far this season ?

5 more points ? 10 more points ? A Playoffs contender ?

Caufield - Suzuki - Dach
Drouin- Monahan - Anderson
Slaf-Dvorak-Gally
Hoffman-Evans-Armia
Pezz (Dadonov or Pitlick)

Matheson-Savard
Edmundson-Guhle
Harris-Kovacevic
Xhekaj-Wideman

You can’t keep counting Price’s injury like he gets injured every year. He’s ltiretired, same as Byron and soon they will be joined by Edmundson.
Gallagher and Drouin are injury prone at this stage of their careers but at least Drouin is gone soon.
Monahan we acquired because of the 1st rounder and we received a 1st rounder because he is always injured.

Slaf and Caufield are another story but ironically they barely count on the cap.
That's a lot of good excuses but it shows how injury prone this team is and how bad they are. You didn't mentioned the players who are not injured but just bad, period. At least next year some names will be part of the past, we'll be moving a little in this 3-5 years rebuilt.

Because people want to see moar Pitlick, Dadonov, and Hoffman! It's the will of the people.

... oh, and Dvorak.
What !!??? You don't like Dvorak ??? The best invention since the slice iron enriched bread? ... the better and cheaper than #24, lol

Laval isn't playing until Friday. So while everyone is looking to see if Habs call up Roy on an emergency basis, I think they're more likely to call someone like Teasdale for tomorrow.

Would also like to see them send Ylonen, RHP, Barron & Belzile down to Laval after tomorrow.

Laval is playing Friday and Saturday. And then play again on February 10th. So the Rocket will be on a break (because it's the AHL All-Star break too, this weekend, as well, which is hosted by Laval).

Yes and yes because that is part of the plan and one of the reason why we are in a rebuild.
Having bad and/ or injure prone, easily replaced Vets is part of any rebuild.

Can't watch the entire game tonight... Hopefully all the "events" happen by the end of the second and outcome is decided then.

Looks like they'll go 11F, 7D tonight.

I thought they would have called up Joel Teasdale for tonight's game. Laval isn't playing before Friday. So it's not like he's out of town with the Rocket for a game. But it looks like they will stay with the guys they have and go 11F, 7D.
