Habs have a chance over next week to gain some ground for “da mix” - Sens & Canes will likely by playing without Tkachuk & Slavin respectively

I can't see Tkachuk not playing tonight. Sens are in a playoff race, and are teetering on the brink.
There's no way they can afford to sit Tkachuk.
It's not like they overwhelmed the players with games in 4 Nations. He got 2 days off before the final, and a day off yesterday.
After tonight's game, Sens don't play again til Wednesday, and don't play another game til next Saturday. They have one game next week. Lol
He's definitely playing tonight.
Apparently he was beating on Suzuki during practice so he should be GTG.

4th looks great until a couple weeks from now and it’s just Heineman and a couple scrubs. I’d be surprised if this team wins 5 more games this year. It’s gonna hurt.
That Covid season got me f***ed up. That and playing all our preseason games versus them. The Leafs also. Wish we played more often against Dirty Bruins.
I think the optics of a player begging off unless they are hurt would not go down too well with ownership...
I mean they do hope to do this more often right...
