Post-Game Talk: Habs lose to the Kraken in OT

  • HFBoards is doing server maintenance Thursday March 13th at 9 AM GMT 5 AM EDT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.

We got burnt on the same f***ing play earlier in the season only it was Suzuki on that wing not Hutson.
Terrible coaching how can that happen twice. Give players shit for making the same mistakes coaches are not exempt. You absolutely cannot line up like that 3v3. :banghead:

Of course it would have been a penalty. There is no game management when it benefits then Habs.
 
Xhekaj lost everything. No speed, no agility, no shot, no brains.

I get the shoulder surgeries and I get MSL has put him on a leash, but he's playing bad AND stupid.

Did fame and puck bunnies get to his head after his 1st year?

He's terrible.

But it’s Marty. He won’t ever do that to a veteran. Somehow he’ll say only Arber is the problem even though Savard can’t even skate anymore.

This isn’t on Xhekaj, two of those penalties weren’t penalties really, lots of diving all night from Seattle.

Savard also took a bad penalty but it’s not on him either.

MSL was simply out coached in OT. You can’t do the same thing every time and not expect someone to notice.

Guys battled back after an awful period. Seattle kept coming back as well. Seattle knew what the Habs would do in overtime and played it beautifully.

That ending really stings.. but the game wasn't a complete waste. got 1 point. and our core continues to kick ass.

So definitely some good from the 2nd game of back to back, and 4th on the road. 4 points out of 8... not horrible.. so overall ill live lol..

... but damn that ending gonna sting for a Lil bit lol

Xhekaj played a very good game. Savard not so much B2B isn't his thing.
