The Habs weren't sharp with the puck tonight. Fumbled it everywhere. The second game this season which they struggled with a big aggressive forecheck. First being Detroit. Forwards were not in place to recieve an easy pass from the defense to avoid the pressure. Oh well on to the next game.

i like how , during the PP, the players just stand motionless in a box passing the puck around, resulting in nothing. Awesome stuff, exciting.

Similar to what I do. I use Schwartz's steak spices that I bought from Costco a while back, when they had big containers.

And for my steak sauce, I go with Sweet Baby Ray's.

Can't say no to a nice steak. Enjoy!

Tough night which was expected vs a big, fast, aggressive team

Jake Allen has been great but tonight he really looked lost. I found he had no clue where the puck was quite often

Vet depth is awful. Dvorak, Dadonov, Hoffman despite the goal are all just passengers. Almost no effort.

The young D are the most impressive. The maturity they show already

If you want to just get a good crust.. then salt, pepper and montreal steak spice.

But otherwise you should heat up a cast-iron, get oil in there.. have the steaks reach room temp, salt and pepper liberally then once you seared both sides of the steak, crush some garlic and throw it on top, a lot of butter, then start basting those steaks.. throw some thyme sprigs in there.

Then finish in the oven.
