I changed the channel after Sabres made it 4-1. Changed it to watch NBA. Milwaukee vs. San Antonio. First meeting between Giannis and Wembanyama. And I made the right choice because those two put on one hell of a show.

I stopped watching in the 1st when Allen looked super shaky and Buffalo players were buzzing inside the grease and had no issue walking all over the Habs in the dzone.

I have no idea about the doability/implications of that but Gignac would be my choice as well. He would bring speed and energy, things we are seriously missing.

Sloppy game for many. Slaf was tired after the first. Struble was not as sharp as usual. Matheson, Evans sleeping on the PK. Kind of expected after coming back from the 7-away game Christmas trip. Don't be hard on the boys, the season has these games that are difficult to win because of the schedule. They have been playing a lot of hockey lately. They are playing well most of the times, the kids are developing, and we will be picking 1-8 in the next draft. Best outcome on all points.

This team is not winning anything anyway before the Gallagher contract is dealt with, and this will take a few more years. Patience.

I watched the first period, barely watched the second and stopped watching after Buffalo’s 3rd goal.

We definitely are way worse at home for some strange reasons.

Do you have a source for that? No one has ever shown any credibility with that rumour and we know the talking heads mostly are wrong regarding what the HuGo admin are gonna do. It seems nobody is actually an insider with them so they spin a story.

True but I could sense two seasons ago the team preferred Sam between the pipes I brought it up more than once.
