I promise you we will be witness of another hot streaks like that in the next years and it might last longer or the team will not collapse like the shit show they are showing now. This team will mature and make some positive changes. Even players like Newhook and Dach will improve like did Lehkonen in the past. Demidov is coming next year and Hutson is adapting to the heavy nhl schedule and style of play. Slaf will become a strong power forward. Even Heineman will improve. This team can only go up and we have few good prospects coming. Laval is a good ahl team.

Seems like there is just zero accountability from anyone, the effort level has been flat out unacceptable

yup ,were between 28th-31st in just about every shot stat and implication since our slide, hmmmmm ,the Laine effect ? just blows my mind how mentally fragile they are.KH & JG have some serious decisions to make this summer as to having the right players to progress in the rebuild.in my opininion this season is a wash

...imo, I think Marty has completely lost the room...methinks the team knows it has gotten as far as they can get with Marty as HC...he was great for the kids at the beginning, but now it's time to bring in a bit of a "harsher" voice to get them to the next level...

this certainly is one weird team ,just when you think they at least have their head screwed on right it completely falls off , I don’t even know where it started or how it could be fixed but I’m not paid millions to figure it out.Couple more games like this recent stretch and you might as well turn them off unless you have a strong stomach because they’re just unwatchable.

...Structure...we don't have it...I luv Marty, but he's done all he can with these kids, imo...time for a more structured approach...

So he's similar to Evan Bouchard? Is the key just to put him with an outstanding defensive minded partner and then it's manageable?

Yeah potentially, he’s better then Barron but it’s really the toolbox/tools things.

At first I tought @ChesterNimitz was joking when he said that Mailloux could be a good winger but there is some truth to it (having the least D responsibilities would free him up).

I don’t think it will happen because of the rarity of RD defenceman, it’s more likely he will make a NHL team as RD somewhere if not here.

Not many forwards on the Habs could do this
