It'll be tough to catch us now. those were 5 big wins in a row. I didn't think they were going to get the win tonight but I hope we don't have these refs in the playoffs. they put away their whistles with clear infractions against us.

1st period was really ugly. Terrible period. Dobes wasn't leaving anyone with any kind of confidence, but the one thing I've always liked about Dobes is he battles & has a high compete level. Combined with his athleticism, it's sometimes enough.

Tonight it was enough. Nashville was crowding his crease all night. He was getting banged & bodied and stood tall after 1st period.

I f***ing love Guhle. 2 huge hits.

Habs did enough in 2nd period to get 2 goals after that they just sat back & defended the lead.

2 huge points. 6 points up on NYR & Detroit now.

Habs are slightly above .500 this year in the 2nd game of a b2b. Last year I think they won like 1 and lost in 1 once....in 13 games.
