I’ve been very critical of Suzuki for a while now. Always felt that as good as he was there were too many stretches of inconsistency where he became invisible, hence my assertion he was not a 1C

on the 2nd assist, the way he found a pocket of space, between the forward and defenders was his IQ on showcase. unreal. He's like Markov, maybe even more intelligent, the guy is a top 10 d-man in the league. I'm curious what will happen to his game with more time and tape on him.
