Quads are the heaviest muscles in the body. If the legs are strong and muscular, speed shouldn't be an issue, IMO.

Suzuki's speed was a question mark as a prospect, but he improved that part of his game by leaps and bounds.

Agreed, I don't find suzuki slow at all. I was more so commenting on the "if he sheds weight he'd be faster idea" because I tried doing that in my early twenties with a similar frame and at 195-200 i was wearing 30-31 inch waist pants, a 42 inch chest.

When I tried to get lighter I felt and looked tired/unhealthy. So I lived around Suzukis weight 200-205.

Essentially i tried to do what was suggested with a similar build and it made me less fit.

Feel good win. But mon chien est mort for playoffs.

I really liked Slaf's game tonight. Probably our best player with Xhekaj but I don't want him to fight...

Good game by Struble too.
Armia was doing Armia things tonight.
Now, if you would have gotten a cat, 9 live and all . . . .

Define power forward.

There is a couple of other big forward than the typical people think of who can produce, hit and will drop the gloves from time to time like Svechnikov, Schenn, Bennett, Knies.

Matthew Tkachuk is definitely a powerfoward in my book. I wouldn't use 151 total hit in a season as an argument against that. He can hit hard, can fights, he produce and is a pest. He just brings intensity to the game you typically see from a powerforward.
I dont even consider hitting as powerforward thing its more like grinders job, prime Blake Wheeler was elite powerforward in my books
