All these blown 3-goal leads are a coaching issue. You see it every time. They play soft, they lose focus and whiff on passes and shots, and the coaching staff just don't react and remain complacent from one period to the next.

Can you imagine the pressure in the playoffs when they can't handle a lead in the regular season?

When a team is regularly playing above its head, holding leads is always a challenge.
