With all due respect to NYR... winning tonight means we are odds on favourites to go to the SCF.... we haven't been there in 21 years..
I guess it's time to do it.... let's pray Rocket. It never failed me. And I'm not just saying that, some of the most insane comebacks and wins we've had was after I did this here. If it fails, it would be the first time and I'll never do it again. But the Rocket never fails.
Rocket, I know you are looking down from above... and you have never failed me when I've called upon you. Great hero of the people, help us. Help us win. Help us see what its like to have a victory once more as you did in the past, showing our forefathers the strenght to stand up and succeed. Back in the day, this team and you are all a lot of people had in their lives. Today, this team is still all a lot of people have in their lives. Help brighten their day, help us to the promised land, and we'll celebrate your name for centuries. But, you have given us a lot, Rocket, we've been spoiled, if it's not to be, if it's not your will, if we are being greedy, let us be humbled, we'll still praise your name. Thank You.

I have visions of Richard bros scoring winners, Beliveau, Lafleur, Robinson, Harvey, Lemaire, Mahovlich's, Cournoyer, Roy, Damphousse, Muller, Lemieux, Lapointe, Savard, Plante need I say more, I couldn't sleep and won't even try, I live for these moments in life!
