As good as Dobes has played. I think you still have to come back with Monty. If you had 10k on next game and you had to chose Dobes or Montembeault to start in net, who is your pick?
There are only 7~ legit contenders this year:Hallmark of a legit contender
I dunno, it seems to me efforts like tonight (and the past 6 weeks) pretty much indicate this team doesn't have a coaching problem.
MSL look done with the media
Jets?Rhere are only 6~ legit contenders this year:
1- Toronto
2- Florida
3- NJ
4- Vegas
5- Edmonton
6- Colorado
Outside these guys, we could beat any team in a 7 game series, with some good bounces.

WaitIt's just a good stretch, I'm sure we'll draft in the top 10.
We all are. His best quote this year.MSL look done with the media
My man Slaf needs his confidence and love of the game back
Everyone shines brighter in the light of victoryThose recent aquisition are starting to become insane. Laine, Carrier, Dobes.
Sometime I think it's a question of confidence. The players felt like they would get the help of a Laine this season and he got injured and they got deflated. Then he came back and dominated on the PP and it gave everybody wings.
It's going to be one hell of an ovation on Monday when they hit the ice.Great f***ing game and one hell of a road trip, I don't think anyone saw this coming but it's starting to feel like they have turned the corner here...
like they just don't give up and can come back against the best teams while being down a goal or 2, they can play defense and protect a 1 goal lead, or they can play offense and rack up 3-4 goals.
our goaltending seems to be pretty stable atm... and That's with Monty not even playing his best atm. dobes is just so calm and cool in net
I feel that losing yesterday and then fighting back tonight to beat Colorado is just proof that they have that winning spirit in them... they don't give up even after a let down game while playing back to back on a long tiring road trip. it's great to see!
I actually laugh a couple timesWatching Armia work the boards in the 3rd period reminded me of the 21 Cup run. Man he can be hard to handle along the boards.
That was so long ago. I don't think old timer nords fans root for the Avs.You think Nords fans are rooting for the Avs? You would have to be masochist. lol
I sure hope so...............they are all a bunch of dicks. Media in Montreal needs a kick in the arse.MSL look done with the media
He is one of my favorite goaltenders i've ever seen in the NHL. I was a BIG Roy fan too, loved Roys cocky and skilled attitude. Dobes has a similar vibe for me.Wow! The kid is calm an cocky in his net.
