This is such an easy thing to say, but such a hard thing to do. You're extrapolating player development from a limited set of data and applying each team's preferences and values to rank the players. Maybe one team has a philosophy of building from the back out. Maybe another team has a huge stock of defensemen or goalies. How do you even compare the value of a goalie vs. a defenseman vs. a center vs. a winger? What's the value of size, speed, agility, all that stuff? Now what does "best player available mean"?As long as it's BPA available, I am happy

I see Knight going to a goalie starved team like Florida 13th. Edmonton at 8,Colorado at 16 and Ottawa at 19 are strong possibilities too!If we get really lucky and guys start falling, would be awesome to see
#5 Byram
#22 Tomasino
#33 Knight (or some good winger)
5. Zegras -- I keep flip flopping between Cozens and Zegras (assuming Byram/Turcotte are off the board).
22. Seider -- I could see a scenario where the Kings make a small trade up to #18 to leapfrog Ottawa at #19.
33. Hoglander -- Obviously tough to guess who might be available and/or unexpectedly slip.
Sneaky team for Knight could be Minnesota at 12. Not much goalie depth in their system, Dubnyk's deal is up in two years. Couldn't be any more off the board than their 1st rounder last year.
Vegas could use a Knight in their system.
