I don’t know that I buy that one. Also Friedman hasn’t said anything on his own twitter.

Probably just off the social media talk today. Insiders said we very recently met the original asking price and others have said the original asking price was 8x8. Could be true, and it would be like us to get a work a deal but it does feel a bit light for what he could get in this market. We’d still struggle with the back half of it even if it’s a good deal now, but that’s a foregone conclusion with ufa hunting.

Thing is teams have talked and he probably knows what other offers are available so shouldn’t be much of a hold up. Carolina deal won’t be there Monday so he should just let them know now

Yeah You have to wonder. I mean kaplan, friedman, etc were all on this one. The report was ask was 8x8, and canes agreed.
